Non-Solicitation Policy

All Exponent Philanthropy programs are non-solicitation environments and shall not be used for commercial sales pitches, self-promotion or unwarranted criticism of a competitor. Exponent Philanthropy reserves the right to take action as necessary to address violations of this policy.

Code of Conduct

Program participants, including speakers and exhibitors, are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner, refraining from language and actions that might bring discredit upon themselves, their organization, and/or Exponent Philanthropy. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment; discrimination; inappropriate language; actions disrupting the businesslike atmosphere; failing to obey all local, state, and federal laws; and/or activities that endanger self and others.

Attire

Unless otherwise specified, attire for all Exponent Philanthropy programs is business casual. Meeting room temperatures vary, so you may want to dress in layers.

Photo Release

Exponent Philanthropy will, from time to time, use photographs/video of program participants in its promotional materials. All program participants acknowledge that they may be photographed/videotaped by Exponent Philanthropy or its official photographer/videographer while at the program and that the photographs/video may be used in future print and electronic promotional materials. If you do not wish your likeness to be used in this way, please contact conference@exponentphilanthropy.org or 888-212-9922 within 48 hours of conclusion of the program.

Program Participant List

For networking purposes, some Exponent Philanthropy programs will include the distribution of a participant list that provides the following contact information for each individual attending the program: first name, last name, foundation/organization name, city, state, and e-mail address. If you do not wish to have your contact information included in a participant list, please e-mail Exponent Philanthropy at conference@exponentphilanthropy.org.
