2019 CONNECT Conference Exhibitor Information

We look forward to welcoming you to the 2019 CONNECT Conference in St. Louis. We’ll be at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, and the exhibit hall will be in the Arch View Ballroom on the hotel’s second floor, convention level. The floor to ceiling windows give this space plenty of natural light and the room offers an extraordinary view of the Gateway Arch.

For Yourself

Deadline: August 15, but earlier is always better!

Two key tasks to get yourself ready for St. Louis:

  1. Register for the conference. As a sponsor and/or exhibitor with Exponent Philanthropy, you receive a certain number of complimentary conference registrations. If you have questions regarding how many and/or how to secure your registrations, please contact Alesha Burk. Additional registrations can be purchased online using the code PARCON19 at $1095 each. Please note that one-day passes or exhibit hall only passes are not available.
  2. Book your hotel room. Room rates start at $189 per night plus taxes. This special rate is available through September 10 or until the room block is full.

For Your Company

Deadline: August 15

All exhibitors will be listed in our conference materials. In order to be included, please send the following information to Alesha Burk August 15 or complete it online here if you haven’t already done so.

  • 25-word firm description
  • Contact person for the firm with email and phone number
  • Web address
  • Company logo in jpg format

For Your Booth

Each 10’x10’ booth includes:

  • 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape
  • 6’x30” draped table
  • 2 side chairs
  • Waste basket
  • Small booth ID sign with company name and booth number

Paramount Convention Services will be servicing our exhibit hall area. Please see their full Exhibitor Service Kit for this event.

You must contact Paramount Convention Services, our exhibit decorator, if you need:

FAQ

  • May I share a badge with a colleague?
    No, we do not allow badge sharing. Your company will need to purchase an additional registration.
  • May I leave valuables at my booth?
    It is recommended that you keep all valuables with you. The exhibit hall will be locked overnight but there will not be security in the space.
  • Will there be someone from Paramount on-site at all time?
    A paramount representative will be present at move-in on Tuesday 10/1 from 3-7pm, on Wednesday 10/2 from 8-9am, and during move-out on Thursday 10/3 from 6:00-7pm.
  • Who can host a dine-around?
    Only Exponent’s sustaining/professional partners, conference sponsors, specific dine-around sponsors, and Exponent Philanthropy members can host a dinner. Dine-arounds will take place on Wednesday and Thursday after the Exhibit Hall Reception.
  • May I set up on Wed 10/2 early in the morning?
    We will be opening the hall for participants at 10:30 a.m. and opening the doors for exhibitors at 8:00 a.m. As long as you are ready by 10:15 (with all boxes removed and wires tucked), this will be permitted.
  • May I leave earlier than Thu 10/3 at 6:00pm?
    In order to maintain the integrity of the hall, we ask that everyone leave their booths fully set up and staffed through the reception close on Thu 10/3 at 6:00 p.m.
