When it comes to diversity, equity, and inclusion everyone has something to learn. And intentional learning journeys around equity in particular can strengthen our individual and collective ability to challenge dominant culture norms and inequitable systems. Hear how foundation board and staff are learning together to deepen their knowledge through guided conversations, reading, and formal training. This is an opportunity for us to elevate the voices of members that are already doing this important work and to inspire other lean funders on their own journey. Gain insights into ways your board/staff members can work towards building a culture committed to understanding structural inequities in their foundations, communities, and beyond.
