As the saying goes, the only constant is change. Planning for the future has always been ranked by Exponent Philanthropy members as a top concern in our annual Foundation Operations & Management Report. But few foundations take time to have the conversations and embrace the questions – and possibilities – that lead to thoughtful and intentional planning, whether they ultimately seek continuity or make changes.   

In this seminar we’ll look at a foundation’s future, no matter the foundation’s structure, from multiple angles: the most common transition points that foundation’s face, planning for future financial needs, and considerations for bringing new leaders (board or staff) on board. Learn from experts and leave with new insights and action steps.
