David is Executive Director of All Stars Helping Kids, investing in emerging nonprofits working to disrupt the cycle of poverty. Previously, he served as interim president and CEO for Northern California Grantmakers, was the VP of the Nonprofit Finance Fund, and VP of the Youth Leadership Institute. David is a professor in the Masters in Nonprofit Administration program at University of San Francisco.

Lauren previously spent several years at Texas Women’s Foundation focused on grantmaking, research, and evaluation. Prior to that, Lauren worked in market research, consulting, and evaluation across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
Executive Director, Gifford Foundation in Syracuse, New York
Sheena has been instrumental in the design and planning of Nourishing Tomorrow’s Leaders, a leadership development training that focuses on increasing the diversity and inclusiveness of nonprofit boards. Sheena also serves on local and national boards such as You Can’t Fail Inc., the Syracuse Economic Development Corporation, and The Near Westside Initiative.
