Journeys to Equity

Complimentary for Exponent Philanthropy members and Philanthropy NW members / $40 non-members

We invite you to join us to explore the different approaches lean funders can take to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in your work. Hear from peers about what their journey has been like, and reflect on how to adopt these practices to amplify your impact.

Our goal is that you leave this program inspired by the stories you hear and armed with concrete actions you can take to adapt specific diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and tactics in your work moving forward.

Join us to find out how you can:

  • Understand and describe the different approaches a foundation can use to implement diverse, inclusive, and equitable practices as lean funders.
  • Identify at least 1-2 practical strategies to amplify your impact through adopting diverse, inclusive, and equitable practices at your foundation.
