Our Commitment to Racial Equity

Exponent Philanthropy values the perspectives and contributions of all people and seeks to incorporate the viewpoints of diverse communities in our work. We are committed to and working toward a culture that advances diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and among our community of lean funders.

We strive to create a community of lean funders sensitive to society’s systemic and cultural inequities and how equitable and inclusive practices result in greater philanthropic impact.

In planning programs, we explicitly address equity-centered and catalytic practices, elevate BIPOC voices, and present material with a lens that acknowledges society’s systemic and cultural inequities.
